Process Flow
Manual or automatic bottle feeding → In-machine operations: Air rinsing & dust removal → Servo-driven auger dosing → Automatic stopper sorting → Vacuum stoppering → Servo-controlled crimping → Bottle discharge

Structure & GMP Design
All product-contact parts are made of SUS316L stainless steel, while the machine frame is constructed from SUS304 stainless steel, ensuring easy cleaning and full compliance with GMP standards.
The machine features a compact structure, stable transmission, no air contamination, low operating noise, and minimal wear.
The production line complies with international CE certification requirements, ensuring aseptic safety and operational reliability.
Control System
Equipped with PLC automatic control and a touchscreen HMI, offering intuitive operation and real-time visualization of operating status.
Multiple sensors monitor production quantity, missing bottles, and missing stoppers, ensuring accurate and stable operation.
An emergency stop button is provided to immediately shut down the machine in case of malfunction, protecting both the equipment and the production line.
