Structure & GMP Design
The machine adopts a modular split-structure design with a rational station layout, facilitating maintenance and cleaning.
All product-contact parts are made of 316L stainless steel and non-toxic materials, fully compliant with GMP standards.
Positive-pressure forming and roller heat-sealing processes ensure firm blisters and flat, neat plates, improving packaging quality.
By integrating the advantages of flat-plate and rotary drum blister machines, it achieves high punching frequency, stable operation, and quick mold changeover, significantly improving production efficiency while reducing energy consumption.
Supports trim-free punching (no lateral waste edge), greatly saving packaging materials (resulting in considerable annual cost savings), and enables automatic, orderly discharge of finished products for easy cartoning or line integration.
Control System
Equipped with a Siemens SIMOTION motion control system, enabling synchronized control of 10 servo axes and integrating motion, logic, and process control.
Features an intelligent HMI supporting multi-product production modes, parameter setting, data acquisition, and remote monitoring.
Highly flexible system allows quick product changeover and parameter adjustment, reducing setup time and maintenance costs.
Supports three-level access control and fault diagnostics, enhancing operational safety and traceability.
